Swap Meet

Cannon Swap Meet is a hybrid swap meet + curated market, designed to drive high foot traffic and create a fun, interactive experience between vendors and attendees! Vendors are not required to be makers or traditional crafters, however we are welcoming traditional vendors if they would like to participate in a partial swap and sales booth for the event! Non-traditional vendors we’re looking for: 1. Vintage Clothing Swap Clean, gently used clothing, hats, scarves, jackets, accessories. 2. Home Décor & Small Furniture Swap Frames, lamps, rugs, mirrors, shelves, décor pieces, stools, side tables. 3. Barware + Glassware Swap Cocktail glasses, shakers, mixers, vintage bar tools, retro decanters. 4. Plants & Garden Swap Houseplants, cuttings, pots, planters, seeds, small tools. 5. Books & Records Swap Novels, cookbooks, vinyl, CDs, comic books, magazines. 6. Kids’ Stuff Swap Toys, games, puzzles, kids’ books, BUT no car seats or recalled items. 7. Hobby & Craft Swap Art supplies, yarn, fabric, tools, frames, DIY materials, scrapbook goods. 8. Electronics & Gadgets Swap Small working items only: speakers, headphones, smart home devices, chargers, keyboards. (No broken or untested electronics.) 9. Curiosities & Oddities Swap Weird, funky, conversation-starting objects. Halloween decor, collectibles, vintage odd pieces. 10. Kitchen & Cookware Swap Utensils, small appliances (clean + working), mugs, serving dishes, cookbooks. 11. Outdoor & Adventure Gear Swap Backpacks, hammocks, camping goods, fishing gear, coolers, water bottles. 12. Beauty & Self-Care Swap ONLY unopened items: candles, soaps, lotions, skincare tools, unused makeup. How the swap works: Vendors will be required to participate in swapping, but will also be allowed to sell items if they choose to do so. Vendors are expected to bring at least 10 or more items they are willing to put in their swap section. Shoppers are required to bring 5+ limited to 10 items to add to the staffed community swap tables and will receive tickets for said items that they can turn into vendors, vendors can in turn use those tickets for other items in the event.
