After aging in traditional oak barrels, this exquisite bourbon undergoes a secondary maturation in barrels previously used to age CharlesTowne Fermentory’s Radio Burst Imperial Stout. The result is a harmonious marriage of spirits, as the bourbon absorbs the residual chocolate notes and intricate flavors from the stout-soaked wood!
